In italiano la parola Sanitari ha un duplice significato, se da un lato si riferisce ai lavoratori del servizio sanitario (solitamente gli ospedali), dall’altro con lo stesso termine ci si riferisce, in campo idraulico,  al wc e al bidet. Durante il periodo del Covid19, a mia sensazione, la stampa italiana ha toccato “vette” comunicative fino al tempo inarrivabili, segnando un punto di svolta in quella che sarà poi la narrativa per qualsiasi evento di rilevanza negli anni a venire, ricalcando e presentando uno schema che si è rivelato sempre efficace e proficuo.

In Italian, the word 'Sanitari' has a double meaning. On one hand, it refers to workers in the healthcare sector (usually in hospitals), while on the other hand, in plumbing, it refers to the toilet and bidet. During the COVID-19 period, in my view, the Italian press reached 'lofty' communicative heights, almost unattainable until then, marking a turning point in what would become the narrative for any major event in the years to come, following and presenting a pattern that has proven to be consistently effective and profitable."
